Machines Simulator VR – Unable to load machines on Meta Quest 2

I am experiencing an issue with Machines Simulator VR on a Windows 11 PC, using a Meta Quest 2 connected through Air Link, with SteamVR running.

I can log in successfully and enter the starting room. However, whenever I select a machine and press either "Demo Mode" or "Load Machine," a black pop-up appears on the machine selection panel, and I cannot proceed to the simulation.

The same issue occurs with several machines. Unfortunately, the text in the pop-up is too small for me to read from my current position. I have attached a screenshot for reference.



Could you please help me identify the message and resolve the issue? Please also let me know whether I need to update Machines Simulator VR or install or launch any additional components.

Does this issue occur with all the machines, or only with some of them?

It would be helpful to see the error message that appears; to do this, you should move closer to the monitor screen—you can navigate there either by using the teleportation feature or by switching to manual movement mode (if you have enabled that option).

Please note that the VR version does not include all the features found in the desktop version of Machines Simulator, and some of the more advanced components cannot be simulated in VR.

Check whether the machine functions correctly in the desktop version. If the issue only affects certain machines, identify which components are present in those scenes that are not supported in the VR version.

Following the troubleshooting steps suggested on your answer, I found that my problem with Machines Simulator VR appears to be related to license validation.

Machines Simulator v4 works correctly with my license. However, when I try to log in to Machines Simulator VR using the same credentials, the following error appears:

"Fatal error found! users number not correct"


I installed Machines Simulator VR using the download link I received.
