WindFX in Windmill simulator

I would like to know if the windfx is available anywhere that I can copy and use it? I tried to look at using the SpecialFX container, however it does not a wind fx

The Wind FX and the Rain FX effects are only available in the Outdoor editor (as explained in the Machines Simulator Instruction Guide.pdf).
