Hinge joint

Hi everyone,
Could someone please help me connect two objects using the Hinge Joint tool? I've tried a few things but I'm not getting the expected result. Any tips or guidance would be much appreciated.

The hinge joint is a very flexible component that can be configured according to the needs of the joint.
It must be anchored to a static element, and the pivoting or tilting element must be dynamic.
Depending on the operational needs, it must be configured in different ways. Your image doesn't clearly show the general behavior.
Should it have rotation limits? What is the function of the rotating element?
Here's an example configured for an axis that rotates on the X axis.

The goal is to use these connecting links to create movement through cylinders.

To perform this movement, it's best to use the controllers (AnimationRotate) or the KeyFrame Animator.
The joint has other functions, such as making joints for doors or gravity-based systems.
