Virtual PLC

I cannot get the Virtual PLC to work. It does not switch to run mode, and when I try to compile and send the ladder program to it, I get an error. See attached image file.

Please make sure your antivirus is not blocking VirtualPLC communications, you can add an exception for both VirtualPLC and EasyPLC.
You should also launch the programs with administrator rights.
