Hi,
I was working with the software a couple of months ago then real work got in the way.
I am back now and I am trying to figure out the steps needed to import my own custom machines and parts into MS 3.
Somewhere, I recall, it was mentioned about using Blender then importing into MS 3.
Are there any tutorials explaining the steps for doing this?

Hello!

In the Machines Simulator Instruction Guide.pdf you will find (Appendix) the steps to import your own 3D models in MS3.
Is very simple, copy your 3D Models (in .obj format) in the C:\Nirtec\Machines Simulator 3\ms3bin_Data\StreamingAssets\ folder (or your installation path). Then will be able to use it from the model library.

To create the 3d Models you can use Blender, or any graphical modeling software, most of them allow to export the models in the obj format which is able to read MS3.

In the following YouTube channel you can find some examples about how to import 3D models from Blender: https://youtu.be/fIb4TvSuLy0 (in Spanish)
