Warning message on the Automatic Grinder Machine

Hi setup the I/O to 8/8/8/8 and when I connect to the machine a warning comes on the bottom saying the following:

warning!, the analogic output numbers received are not the same as config.

I have more than enough analog ouputs since I only need 7, but I went and go ahead an put it on 16 and still giving me the warning.

Any help is gladly appreciated.

You're right, in some situations this message appears if the PLC Scan Cycle Speed is set to The Fastest. Try to Limit to 10 milliseconds for example, then must to be ok.
I'll solve it in the next Machines Simulator release V.1.8 (15 of may 2012), will be available for all the registered users from versions 1.6 to 1.7.
