Help with timer.

I have this program in    Run_Conveyor_1 sequence I have a comparator that never comes true it has a coil on the end that if the comparator was true, the coil will come true as well and trigger the timer right below, but the timer is triggering before the comparator is true. I read the manual and I think I am using the timer right. I have used similar timers and comparators functions and I know how they suppose to work but on my program it just doesn't work. any help is appreciated.

To run the program just enter x number on the text box, select priority 1 on first conveyor. Hit start and enable on first conveyor. Don't worry about the other ones.

Funny how everytime I ask a question I find a solution minutes later. Well my ladder was fine as I suspected but I don't know what was wrong with the timer. it was tmr.1, I just used tmr.2 and eveything works now.
