How to create a report file

In some cases we request you to send us a report file of status.
This can be requested to detect errors or if you want to buy a registered driver or plugin.

To create the report file, follow these steps:

1) Insert your USB Key (if purchased):

2) Open EasyPLC, click in Help menu -> About



3) Click in 'System Info' Button



4) Click in Report Tab, and click in Create Report Button.



Once the report is finished, you have created the report file. Then you can send us if required.
