One of the options you can use to simulate filling a container is to use a cylinder to increase the scale, giving the impression that the container is being filled with liquid.
You can use the example used in scene 16 Ink Mixer, there you'll see that the containers are filled with liquid. A UDC is used, which is called BarrilPlastic.udc.
If you open the UDC with the UDC Editor, you'll be able to see how it's composed, if you open its script code you will have access to the code that manages it; you can use it in the same way or use it as a basis for your own.

I am designing a machine simulator with multiple tanks, and I would like to know the basic method to create a water level animation inside the tanks.
At the moment, my tanks fill up using simulated variables only, but I would like to add a visual representation of the water inside the tanks, including the water level movement and color.
The goal is to visually show the water rising and falling in each tank according to the simulation logic.
Any advice or examples on how to implement this kind of animation would be appreciated.

Starting with version 4.3, driver events are available, which informs connection/disconnection states with the PLC. Therefore, a call can be created so that the PLC knows that the simulation has been restarted, and the necessary logic can be programmed in the PLC to act accordingly.

Everytime i restart the Machine, my plc programm doesnt get it that it restart and has wrong states stored.
Is there a way to get the Restart Info into the PLC?

Machines Simulator Suite Updates Download / Re: Driver Modbus RTU no inici...
Last post by EasyPLC_Master - December 03, 2025, 07:50:41 AMCuando se pulsa el botón Configurar del Driver, Machines Simulator cede el control al programa que muestra la ventana del Driver y no lo recupera hasta que se cierra la ventana.
Si el driver se queda en error es probable que MS se quede esperando ya que no ha detectado el cierre del proceso del Driver.
Primero verifica que la parte HW funciona correctamente, ¿tienes otro SW de comunicación para verificar que la conexión RS232 con el conversor USB funciona correctamente?
Tambien verifica que la ventana del Driver no se encuentra minimizada en la barra de tareas, puede ocurrir que la ventana se encuentre activa, oculta por otra ventana o en la barra de tareas de windows. Hasta que esta ventana no se cierre no se pasará el control a Machines Simulator.

Last post by MetroSimulation - December 03, 2025, 02:34:24 AMEstoy intentando conectar mi PLC el cual tiene Rs232 al puerto USB lógicamente detecta el CH340 (convertidor USB a 232) el PLC es un click de direct automation con puerto RS232 (NO ETHERNET) y tiene comunicacion modbus RTU, todo esta bien configurado velocidad en baudios, ,etc. en el software propio para programar el PLC trabaja perfecto, pero cuando intento conectarlo con el Machine simulator se queda pensando en un loop y toca que cerrar el programa poruqe dice "NO RESPONDE". Lógicamente desengancho el driver del puerto COM físico para que lo libere y quede a disposición de MS 4.4 pero NO lo toma, por favor alguien le a sucedido esto?, gracias, agardezco la ayuda

Last post by Murciano_78 - November 30, 2025, 10:50:26 AMbuenos dias, al actualizar a la version 4.4.0 me a borrado la licencia y no puedo entrar , intento meterle otra vez el nombre de usuario y contraseña y me dice que no es correcto y que me ponga en contacto con nirtec.
