Remote Control for machines simulator

I'm setting up an automated test environment consisting of beckhoff PLC and machines simulator. I can control the TWINCAT 3.1 completely through COM and ADS interface using a Powershell script. Now i need to control the simulation of a manually selected machine. I need to restart the machine (optional PAUSE) and the ,,IO DRIVERS" section like ,,open configuation" and ,,start driver and exit" from outside. This is necessary for an automated cyclic test of different versions of ST Code. Alternatively i will check some GUI testing frameworks but direct access to control the simulator would be the best solution for my future research.
