Analog I/O

Having an issue with analog i/o. I am using the color scanner sensor in MS. When i am in the simulation and i have a blue part in front of the sensor im getting about a 0.3xxxx signal output on average. The output of that "blue signal" is tied into AI 0.3. When setting it up in easy plc i never see a value other than 0. What am i doing wrong? (Im new at most of this)

- the EasyPLC Driver in Machines SImulator
- The Machines SImulator driver in EasyPLC
