licence key Usb help me please

Hello friends recently i buy de usb key licence but my Computer don't see this usb and the program don't register,please give me the instructions for this instalation with usb key..My SO is win 8..thanks!!!

Where you buy the liense? can you send to Nirtec the PayPal transactions details?
The screenshot you send doesn't match with the Nirtec USB License.
