Have you installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1?.

If not, you can install form there:

I have installed higher versions I really do not know if this is  problem. Please see the screen shot from the installed versions an please tell me. But I guess It must work.

OK, your .NET version installed is OK.
I need more info about your crash, exactly when is produced?, what is the last operation that you done when the crash was produced? transfer the compiled program to VirtualPLC? or launch VirtualPLC?

I have all you asked me but I wonder if you have an email to send you the complete info because I tried to ZIP the archive as smallest as possible but the problem is the minimum size I got was 1250K. So plese let know.

To solve this error:
Before launch VirtualPLC CPU you must to compile and send the program form EasyPLC Editor to Virtual PLC CPU.
