Machine Simulator 4 License already in use on another Computer

Hi,

I have the issue when I want to activate my license that there is an Error that is already activated on another Computer. I use 2 PC's and i tried it on both, on both there was the same Error. Does anyone have a solution for this?

This is due you have not deactivated the license to transfer to another computer.
The procedure is explained in the Machines Simulator instruction guide.pdf, in page 3 to 6.

The Problem is that i have checked on both my computers if the License is active, it is not active on any of them, i never moved it to another computer than these 2. Is there a way to reset the License?
