MACHINE IHM AND MACHINE SIMULATOR VR

I AM USING THE MACHINE HMI ON THE VR GLASSES. BUT THE CONTROLS ON THE HMI DO NOT WORK. IN THE SIMULATION TEST ON THE MACHINE SIMULATOR IT WORKED PERFECTLY.
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE?
