STUDIO 5000 Communication Problem with Machines Simulator 3.

Good day everyone,

I have followed all the steps indicated to connect with the studio 5000 software, but nothing has worked, I see that several people have had the same problem but they only send them some YouTube videos as support, but they do not give a solution, there is a number or email where one can ask for technical support or some guide that indicates how to solve these problems, thanks

Remember that you need RSLinx (full version NOT LITE!) to connect with RSLogix and/or Studio 5000.

If you have purchased the USB license you will find in the dongle folders the documentation and software needed to make the communication.
