Title: I/O Not working in simulation
Post by: Jacob_T on September 18, 2026, 11:28:39 AM
Hello, I've made a "custom" machine using standard components from the program and connected all I/Os but when I start the machine in the simulator it seems like the I/O is not connected to the components at all, but in edit mode the simulation works.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Hi! it's difficult to know what the problem might be without more information.
Could you attach your .maq file so we can see where the issue lies?

OK I have discover the problem!

There is an error in v.4.5 regarding the Vehicles component that causes the simulation to become unresponsive.
For now, edit the machine and remove the two Vehicle-type components (forklift 1 and 2), and the simulation will work correctly (you can place two static 3D Model Component with the forklift model).
We will fix the bug in the next version v.5, which will be available at the end of this month.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
