Hello dears, I need help with a problem I have when logging in with my password and username, the software was working 3 months ago, the problem arose when Windows was updated from Win10 to Win11 and now it tells me that the account is active on another computer. The MS3 provider did not provide me with support to solve the problem. Will there be a solution to this or did I lose my money when purchasing the software from the software provider in my country?
