Hi there. When I try to log in, I get this error which says - cannot resolve destination host. Please see the attchement below. I made sure that I deactivated all the licenses from the previous VMs. But I am still getting this error.
Any solution to this? Thank you so much.

This error is due is an error in your Internert connection or the email or password are not correct.
I have verified that your license is not linked to any computer, this means you have deactivated it correctly, and can be activated in other computer.
I double checked my email and password and made sure that all the inputs are correct. I checked my VM. I do have the internet connection. But I still cannot login. :'(
