I was trying to send an Email Quote back to Nirtec: sales@nirtec.com
This was using the "reply button"... I got an email back saying:
sales@nirtec.com
Unrouteable address
I contacted my Email Hosting Service and the support Tech said this:
The domain nirtec.com has no MX record, so it's not able to receive email.
They checked Google and a couple of other services that have those records.
Not sure how you can fix that, but I thought it would be important to let you know somehow.
Sincerely,
Marc
Very strange! no other users have reported this kind of problem.
Anyway thanks for the info, I will investigate!
Hi Marc
After some checks, is sure the nirtec domain has the MX records, this can be checked with tools like https://intodns.com or https://www.whatsmydns.net/#MX/
My hosting service company informs me yesterday there was a network incident in the data center that took a few hours, maybe the problem was there.
Thanks anyway for the warning.
It looks like the problem has resolved, and I am able to send emails to you domain again.
Thanks for looking into it. I guess they had some sort of internal issue.
