Here is attached the manual instructions to connect Simatic S7 with EasyPLC using the Siemens Simatic S7 Driver for EasyPLC

Update July 2015

The driver has been checked with Siemens last version (TIA PORTAL V13 & PLCSIM V13).
Has been verified that works correctly only with S7-300 and S7-400 CPU's family, due this CPU's continues using the PLCSIM v5.4 that is compatible with EasyPLC Simatic S7-PLCSIM Driver.
Not is possible to communicate in TIA PORTAL with other CPUS due PLCSIM V13 not is compatible with EasyPLC PLCSIM driver.

Here is attached a document explaining how Siemens TIA PORTAL must to be configured in order to create a program to communicate with EasyPLC
